Brief Introduction of Association of Chinese Enterprises in Hungary

Association of Chinese Enterprises in Hungary was established in November 2004, it was officially registered in Hungary. It’s a Non-governmental, Non-profit service agency for Chinese Enterprises.  With strong support of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the Chinese Embassy in Hungary, it works under the direct leadership of Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Embassy of P.R. China in Hungary, to protect the rights and interests of members on a reasonable basis; To promote exchanges and cooperation between members and with local enterprises in Hungary; To help members understand and study the investment and trade related Chinese and Hungarian policies and regulations; To maintain communication and exchange with the relevant government organizations in China and Hungary on behalf of Chinese enterprises; And to encourage, help and support other Chinese enterprises with investment intentions build connection with local relevant organizations and carry out mutually beneficial cooperation.

The association has nearly 40 members, all of them are strongest Chinese enterprises with the development vision in Hungary and China. And their business scopes cover almost all areas. The current president of association is WanHua-BorsodChem, the vice presidents are Bank of China, China Railway, Huawei, ZTE, CECZ Central European Trade and Logistic Cooperation Zone Ltd., executive directors of association are Oriental Herbs, WINK, Goldenland, and Morgan Star.

With China’s the Belt and Road Initiatives, and the advancement of Hungary’s The Eastern Opening policy, as well as the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Hungary, more and more Chinese enterprises are looking at Europe and Hungary to expand international cooperation and overseas development. The association will as always work in a spirit of coordination, communication, cooperation and exchange, build a platform to better serve the members, and actively perform the functions of the association, to promote the smooth local development of Chinese enterprises which already have landed, and to encourage, support and help more Chinese enterprises to invest in Hungary and continue to play the role of bridge of China and Hungary economic exchanges.
